Indeed it was me... 
As C10jeeper says we now communicate over the net and we met up at the Nurburgring in April where he took me for a few laps it in round the ring, my god the acceleration is totally amazing, if you search youtube you will also find him doing a GPS verified 198mph on the autobahn, this thing is supercar fast, he had a race logic thing on the dash which records 0-60 etc i dont know how accurate they are but it showed 0-100kmh in 3.4 seconds and 0-160 kmh in 9.3 seconds and my god it felt it, the car owes him 55000 euros all in, we plan to meet uyp again in september when i go to the ring again....

i am a bit excitable you know.If you look at the comments left on the youtube site Henrick (Golf owner) has done this...

lots of the comments are totally missing the point of the video, we filmed it to show how amazing the Golf was, i knew all about it's performance as we had been playing about for some 10 mins prior to filming it, people think i didn't have a clue and was caught with my pants down, not quite the case, there is loads more on youtube about these cars if you just type in 'HGP' you'll find some great footage of how amazing these things are, including one that leaves an F430 spider down a drag strip...........
