Honestly I'd have a E86 over a E85 any day. Love, love, love but I love my roof down so for me it's the best of both worlds. If the E89 never made an appearance I'd of seriously considered a Z4MC or a Z3MC and if I could have it in Phoenix Yellow, I'd be super happy.

Other half showed me a Z3M Coup last night......not in my favourite colour but not a kak colour and I'd be more than willing to let him buy it just because it's the most beautiful car.
 
The E89 for me has more road presence than the old Z4 coupe or roadster but it was the old cars interior that always killed it for me, however my Z3 to me is far prettier than the E89 and more timeless.

An E86 M is the most lovely thing to look at.. Just a fantastic design, ruined by poor suspension design.

As a car to use everyday, the E89 beats it hands down.. Much easier to live with and running costs are much less for similar performance..

Z3MC is a great little car, very cramped and the handling is prehistoric in comparison to newer stuff, but a hoot to drive..
