Going to put my very rare spec, rare 3 door mk5 golf up sale.

It's a great looking car, pulls well and is in excellent condition.

The car as also had the turbo replaced, this was the week part of the early mk5 140bhp model. It's known as the chocolate turbo. Thousands spent to make this worry free motoring.

I never get under 40mpg, high 50's on a run.

Bad points, some white worm on rear VW badge and alloy centre cap logos (common fault). Alloys have some minor marks.

We recently had a 56 model DSG , hated the box/ loved the car , VW at its best ,
Is yours the facelift front grill model ?
Great car's & a lot of the problem's can often be fixed relatively cheaply .
Over sensitive warning parameters set by manufacturer can lead to swapping out expensive parts that are not really faulty :wink:
