Basic Jello Shooter

6 oz. vodka
6 oz. water
3 oz. Jello gelatin, any flavor

Think jiggly or slushy or syrupy. Imagine the slide of a semi-solid down your throat. Combine vodka and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Stir in Jello. Let set in refrigerator. Experiment to choose the length of time you want it to set. Longer = firmer.

Jello shots are simple to make and do their job exceptionally well. The only other trick to them is using different alcohols and Jello flavors to create new tastes.

Add extra jello... firmer is better.

Pretty much any flavor of jello can be combined with some flavor of alcohol. Tequila & Lime jello, for instance.

Chill some jello and add champagne before it sets up. The bubbles will get trapped.

The Jelly/Jello has set and just tried some which was quite nice. Think I went a bit heavy with the vodka though as it has a strong kick to it.

Found a christmas tree mould so gonna make some in that and add a bit of a creative flair to alchoholic jelly
