Woots got me window shopping. Big fan of the VMR710 so tried a photoshop test in silver, gunmetal and matt black on the Sepang. What do you reckon?

i thought id prefer the black ones

but i think on a darker coloured car they get a bit lost...

Silver for me too.

I was tempted to get mine shadow chrome.... But stuck with silver too!

Aquazi, do you have any other good photos of your VMRs? I'm seriously considering a set for next summer. Whats the concave depth like on the rears?

Guys , , , keep the 224,s or CSL,s , , they are just so right for the Mc or Mr :wink:
The only improvement could be 224,s in 19inch ?

Inkey , the 3 pics above ? Pic 2 for me but all of them detract from the M look & IMO do not enhance your car,s look ?

Fair point and probably the reason I've never pulled the trigger beyond CSL reps in the past. Only other I would add to that list would be 125's.

:rofl: For the money, it's a lot of wheel and I always considered them a subtle take on the CSL.
 
Put the above pic alongside the same with 224,s & i,m sure the majority would choose the 224,s :wink: some things are best left alone :?
Spend the ££ on a hardtop :rofl:
 
Also like those 125s actually. Retro... But not. If that makes any sense at all :P

What's the diff between these and the cmr wheels we've been mentioning in the other thread?

So id say the 224,s / VMR,s & CSL,s are all of a kind , , Hand going up here the above pics look great :? One set of each for winter & one for summer ?
CSL,s for trackdays :P
