That requires you to have a decent floor to bolt into and can only be used in one position. Quickjack is portable and can be placed anywhere. Probably cheaper too but Maxjax aren't publishing prices...

Ooh, now QuickJack does look good. Cheaper than MaxJax - the cheapest for one of those I found about 2 grand.... QuickJack comes in just over 1k... 8)
