Ok strange question but wanted to know if the inside of the head light could be rapped. Could it be done and would the heat from the lights be ok? seems easier than getting them painted but i may be wrong so need your advice. Thanks in advance. Just so you know mine are chrome and have a slight mark inside one.

I am not sure this would work because the headlights get quite hot and the heat would probably melt / bubble the vinyl ? If you are going to split the lights anyway (not a small job at all) I'd have thought some form of painting would work best. Loads on here about light mods though - have a poke round the discussion thread for e85/e86, or search ranski's / cj10jeeper's posts
