Vin lookup question

Hi everyone,

I just bought my z4 1 month ago and I'm really new to this forum.

I just did a Vin lookup.

What is preparation mean? install?

Yes, preparation means the wiring or brackets etc are all in place ready for the item in question...

My car has DVD Changer preparation for example. I have no DVD changer, but can add one and all the parts are there ready.

Thanks for the info, so I guess it makes my life easier if I want to add bluetooth.
