VIN Chassis numbers

Really appreciate if someone can help, I am due to buy z4 tomorrow, checked 17 digit chassis number with HPI and all good but 10th digit which is supposed to be a 5 for year 2005 is a 0 (zero). Anyone with a 2005 z4 got the same issue, I.e. 10th digit of 17 digit chassis number is a 0, doesn't make sense. Need to know soonest though as going early tomorrow to buy it.

Thanks but all is good bought the car from one of the nicest car enthusiast you could meet, all checked out OK with HPI and BMW . Thanks for replying, I am now officially in the Zed club, 3.0 manual black sapphire with cream leather 2005 M54 engine. Now desperately looking to move now to a place with double garage to keep her. Anyone know a decent car cover for the time being.
