View from Drivers Seat, Windscreen wipers

It's not the windscreen wipers that I find get in the way, it's the cars that keep appearing in-front that I could do with removing

Right, here are a couple more from this morning...which show they rest just at the top of the dark band.

Im almost 6ft and also have issues with the seat/view etc... I just dont think the car was designed for tall people.

I have my seat almost to the floor, my shoulder is hunched a little when using the arm rest on the door card.

I find putting the seat any higher means I spend more time ducking down to a) see out of the window b)see the speedo (which it seems I have to do at any height).

Have you adjusted your steering wheel appropriately?

During my pre-purchase researching im sure i remember reading something about a problem that affects the wiper motor/mechanism which results in judder and issues with the resting position.

Perhaps this needs cleaning out of excess grease and grime?

Saying that, mine don't sit as low as i'd have thought they might given what a relatively new car this is, christ, i think even my dads old montego (hush at the back) had 'hidden' wipers!

I'm 6ft and really haven't had any issues fitting in my coupe. Tons of headroom, though I did need to lower the seat a bit to see the mph.

Biggest blight through my windscreen is the unnecessarily huge BMW tax disc holder (like mmm-five's) and no less than two other random stickers that have somehow remained on the car presumably from new. Will be removing asap when I dig out some adhesive cleaner...

when i flew spits, we had the same problem thats why we had to taxi weaving l to r as we had no forward vision, the m is a bit like a tail dragger !
:driving: , ps, I never actually flew spits but you get what i mean !!!!
