View from Drivers Seat, Windscreen wipers

I find I am having to look over the windscreen wiper arms, I'm not a short arse either but think they encroach on the view while driving. I don't want to raise the seat height as I like sitting with them on the lowest setting.
Is there a mod to change the arms and keep them nice and low and out the way?
 
If wiper arms are blocking your view then you'll probably also have the bonnet blocking your view - unless the wipers are REALLY high.

If you can see over the steering wheel then the wipers shouldn't be in the way. Mine seat is on the lowest setting, I'm 5'10" but legs are proportionally longer than torso (father is the same height, but legs/torso proportions are the other way around so his head touches the headlining).

If I remember, I'll take a photo of mine from head height this afternoon.

Sorry, it was dark by the time I left the office, but here's my view from head height - although I don't usually see a flash in my mirror :P

I am 5ft 8in & I liked having the seat on the lowest setting & I didn't have any issues with the wipers on mine it was just the bonnet I couldn't see over very well, I wonder if they are not returning low enough when on the parked setting.
 
Why not raise the seat a little bit, it's not as if there are only two settling - low and high!! :|
Failing that the only other way is to take the wipers off and only drive it on sunny days! :P
 
I'd suggest moving your seat to a height where you can actually see out of the windscreen, and by see, I mean the road infront of you, not a bit of road 200 yards down the way and the sky.
 
I quite like sitting low with the bonnet bulge obscuring my vision................although to be fair i am 6'3 so its pretty snug anyway and i dont have much option but to sit low and back ;)
 
Mine encroach slightly, but a) I am short, and b) I have Bosche aero blades on and the fittings make the arms sit higher up than OEM. The fittings the,selves are also bigger. Not a problem for me though, I can still see all I need to :thumbsup:
 
i have bosche aero blades too... with massivo clips to hook them in... i never notice them... i notice the bonnet washer jets more!
 
The view over an mc's bonnet is to die for in my view , I don't see wipers, just a nice bump of a big bonnet hiding a silky smooth but growly when awakened straight six !! :driving:
