Video on how to remove wind deflector?

Hi
i've got the factory wind deflector on my E89. I've never removed it but i want to clean the back window. the owners manual just shows arrows. can anyone make or link to a vid to show how to remove and install it?

yeah, well thats not a video. its been in place for over 12 years and i dont want to break a $1k part and both of you are telling me to do different.
 
Sorry , mine is inaccessible at the moment, but it is indeed simply a case of pushing gently down a few mm, then pushing it either forwards or backwards, which releases it to pop back up and out.
I can't remember which way either, but it doesn't take any force to do it, so if you take it easy you should have no problems.
 
Yep, push down slightly and from the cabin, push away (Boot direction) when re-fitting
down and a gentle pull it will pop back in.
Should take little effort so unlikely to do any damage.
