Vibration in the Driveline

I've done a search and have come up pretty much empty. For the last few days, when driving the Zed I've felt a very buzzy like vibration. Its hard to explain but when my arm is lying on the center console you can feel it and its enough to almost put my arm to sleep. Its the wierdest thing and very hard to describe. I can feel it on the shifter and also a bit on the steering wheel. It seems to amplify with increased engine rpm's. The car runs fine otherwise, good power etc. The only recent events, had a complete service with plug change, but that was a month ago and this seems to be within the last few days. I'm at a loss and just thought I'd throw it out for any ideas before I take into the dealer. I'm sure they'll tell me its all in my head. :headbang:

Does the vibration change with vehicle speed or engine rpms (can you make it do it by just reving the engine or do you have to be driving)? If while driving, is it under load or on decel and at what speeds?

High frequency vibrations at road speed that increase with load and/or vehicle speed are usually driveline related. Most common is a bad u-joint. It can also be caused by the flex joint or carrier bearing.
If the vibration is only rpm related it's either engine, engine mounts, exhaust system, or trans related and is transmitting through the mounts to the body.
Hope this helps.

Wow thats a lot of food for thought. So I just when out and jumped in the car and check the things you were talking about. When sitting in park with the engine running I don't really feel it. Just a very slight vibration which I think is normal. When I take off down the road I can feel it under load especially around 2000 rpm. When I let off the gas I can still feel it but not as intense. I put it in neutral while moving and still felt it. About 2 weeks ago I did pull out of a driveway and went off a small curb. I heard a scrape. I back it up, swore a few times, got out and didn't see any damage. I took it to the service center, told them what had happened, they put it on a lift and said other then a few scrapes they didin't see anything wrong. The next day I jacked it up myself to have a look and only saw a few scrapes. I did notice a small bend on what look likes an exhaust bracket. I thought nothing of it until you mentioned exhaust etc. Now I'm wondering? Thanks for the info, at least I have some direction now.

Hey, no problem, anytime!
If you bent one of the exhaust hangers it might be causing the pipe to contact something under load. Look for shiney spots on the pipe like its rubbed something although it might be on top and hard to see.
