VESA mount on dash?

Here's something different....(?)

Is it safe to screw in a vesa mount on the flat Gray dash on my car?

Basically I have a crazy idea of a vesa mounted 22" screen and a raspberry pi for Retro gaming.

(Yeah I'll get a slider vesa mount so I can put the screen in the boot at least so I don't attract thieves with a fat perm screen)

What's behind that Gray panel anyway?

Is it safer to get some industrial strength 3m double sided sticky stuff (or Velcro) for the vesa mount? Screens ain't terribly heavy these days right?

Lol I love Microsoft since chips challenge/jezball but I've never had an Xbox.
I have a PS3 with cfw n emulators n ROMs to 'nam but it's over 200w...I want a low powered solution n not have to jump me car every week heh

Has your parents thrown you out of the family home so you are setting up your car with all the creature comforts you had in your bedroom?

Lol I don't live at home n I don't really know why I want this but I do like unique things

I know, ...let’s play Driving games....whilst driving.

Never had a fine or ban playing Outrun before officer :poke: :rofl:
