Don't like to see ///MR's at this price :(

I wouldn't worry, been on there for aaaaaaaaages at that price - I reckon there's something not right with it else it wouldn't still be there. No mention of a service history either...

Good point Bing, hope it's a nail, that way great Imola ///MR's will always fetch a premium for the discerning, well educated, informed buyer :D :driving:

Up until about 18 months ago I spent at least 1 or 2 days a week in Chesterfield for work. I hated the car journey, eventually used the train mostly... I wasn't disappointed things changed until you offered me lunch just now. And your car

One day I'll take you up on that offer - minus the car deal for now :P

Ooops that slipped out OG!! :P

went to have a look at is car today.

Confirmed nail ... needs a lot of TLC.
wheels are all kerbed and badly covered up.
Drilled disks are badly corroded and nearing replacement time.
Paintwork doesn't seem too bad, but the front bumper has had a knock at the dealers and has been painted.
Roof struggles down & up.
The only mark in the service record is the date e car was sold, no stamps, no receipts ... nothing.
Didn't bother getting them to start it up, was already disinterested by e general state ... a sad car.

That is very sad...been curious about this car for ages. however if the price is right, it will make a very nice DIY project for someone especially if you are modding or want it as a track car and you need to upgrade brakes, suspension etc...shame i dont have the time!

Forgot to add, the drivers window regulator is U/S too and needs replacing.

The garage is a bit odd, the have a very nice RX8 for £3K and a Jaguar XK8 for £5K.
For the price this might be a good project for someone, but go into it with your eyes open.

Its strange.

A window regulator can be easily replaced.

Why dont they do it?

However the car is extremely cheap.

Unless there is something wrong mechanically or else there are panels which were replaced, I would go for it.
