The time has come to sell my Astra as I will soon be joining the Z4 Club . I have put a deposit down on a car and should be picking it up in the next couple of weeks so now need to, unfortunately sell this.
The car is a 3 door Astra Sporthatch 1.6T – relatively economical and powerful – in metallic black with the optional Panoramic Windscreen. I have never seen anything like this and probably will never on a car again! The pictures do not do it justice, when driving with the roof shade pulled all the way back the views are incredible and arguably better than driving in a convertible as you do not have the top of the windscreen to get in the way of your view (sorry roadster drivers!).
The car is an 07 plate and has 59,500 miles on the clock. It has a full service history and on Friday I had it serviced and M.O.T’d so it now has 12 months M.O.T. The tax is due to run out at the end of the month but I will be putting 6 months more tax on before the end of the weekend. The car is in great condition and has been well looked after in my ownership.
Good Points – I have just fitted 2 brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres to the front of the car that have 7-8mm tread left. The car had new rear brake discs and pads in June last year (last service and M.O.T).
Bad Points – One of the alloys has a slight curb mark on it – and when I say slight I mean slight (visible at top of first wheel pic)! I would love to blame the person who had the car before me but unfortunately it was my own doing . The car also only has one key – I bought it like this and it has never bothered me.
