Vanos solenoid leaking

Hi on my n46 2 litere the vanos solenoids are starting to leak….so seals will be needed. The question is should replace the solenoids at the same time or just replace the joints?

Joints?

If there is nothing wrong with the solenoids then I would just replace the seals. The solenoids are not difficult to replace so no real point in being preventative.
