Vanne's lightweight/ interior modification thread

Good point, measured the angle today, it's 3 degrees. Not much, but still a bit. I'll ask around if it's gonna be an issue. Thanks for the heads up. I do doubt it though as the stock RR defender drivers chair is offset and angled too. At any rate, I drove the car yesterday, the chair is way too low, so I'll up it a bit and I'll see if I can reduce the angle.. even 1 degree would prob work.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not an expert and it's not a criticism at all. Just something that stuck in my mind.
Maybe a bubble in the roof for your helmet?

Lotus Elise and Evora mount the seats at a 2-3º angle as the chassis is a trapezoid. You may not have a 0º head on collision. Secure mounts and belts are what's important.

Cheers mate, thanks for chiming in and clearing that up. Def secure in both seat and belts, so no worries.

Finally on its way.

Cheers, hope you can see it now. Bloody covid has put a huge delay in shipping some of the bits.

I would have preferred 0.625 and 0.75, but this is the smallest Wilwood does. :/

So the entire bumper/splitter assembly pivots as one? Very clever - I'd never have thought of that.
