Valve stem seal replacement instructions.

Hello,
I'm new at the forum. I may need schooling. :| I have a 08 z4 3.0l that's burning oil at 130k miles. Is there a video on this job anywhere. Or maybe an alldata.
 
No not a puff of smoke on start up at all. Only at high rpm's. Hard to tell how much oil. The sensor continually says oil level is ok. I've checked pcv valve. Only thing left is valves or rings right?
 
Thats not typically a symptom of valve stem seals. I think you need to investigate more - do a compression test followed by a leakdown test.
