Value Service Pack

Just got a quote from my local stealer for an Insp 2 service of £339 inc VAT, which strikes me from what has been written in other threads a pretty competetive price.
He also added it utilised the value service pack which contained all BMW service items.
Just wondered if anyone had come accross it before and just what was in it.
 
I always used to get leaflets in the post for value servicing for the E46, just a reduced rate for older vehicles to try and keep them in the dealer network. Hopefully they'll do the same for the Z4.
 
I just had Inspection 1 at BMW Bowker Blackburn for £200 and i provided the oil. I could not find any cheaper and must have called about 12 dealerships. Oh and they said they now repair runflats which i did'nt know dealerships did.
