Very nice motor.
I like what you did with the roll hoops, but not so sure on the rear valance? Kind of loses the shape for me, but hey ho, each to their own.
I see yours has an aerial in the middle of the boot lid (trunk ). I think that's a US-ism?
I believe that little bump on the panel is for the satellite receiver antenna. I hear you on the painted rear panel. At first I was thinking of getting it made in carbon fiber but the cheapest I could find was 5-6 times the cost of paint. If the grey painted piece didn't look so cheaply done, I wouldn't have had such an issue with it. It cost me $100 to have it painted. Same with the rear part of the roll hoops. The silver paint looked cheap compared to the rest of the car. Those cost me nothing. The body shop painted them for free when I had the front bumper cover painted.

I think I will go ahead based on yours, I also love the matching stitching in your seats, worth remembering when interior retrim time comes around.
Where did you get the carbon trim from or was it in when you bought it?

Rob
Just revisiting this website in ages and saw your question. It is a 28i. I will be taking the car in for some very slight paint correction, followed by full frontal XPEL PPF followed by XPEL ceramic coating. I just had my Lexus GS450h treated to this as well as tint and interior protection and it is outstanding and worth it if you tend to keep your vehicles as long as we do. These new films are simply out of this world now. I'll get some new photos of it after it's done.
