Had the car for about 4 weeks now and only driven about 300 miles since purchase. The car does not exhibit the 'sticky steering' issue and appears to be very smooth in operation although sometimes at above 50mph it feels a little woolly in operation. Have bought new rear struts which I have yet to fit so not sure whether the feeling could be down to the present rear struts. Also there was no history as to any possible work than may have been done to the power steering so assume untouched since new. However I gather when people over adjust the position of the column power motor to clear a sticky steering fault it can sometimes make the steering feel a little vague. Any experiences from those that have played around with this adjustment and the result would be gratefully received.
