I don't know about other people's experience, but my experienced with V1 sales sucks big time. I was so frustrated with them that I send my parts back to get a refund because of $4.00 difference
I wanted to order the hardwire kit, but made a mistake on the part because they next to each other. I emailed sales that there was a mistake and requested they correct it by sending me the straight cord and charge me the difference for the kit. They charged me $10 for the cord and the total for the kit is $23 instead of $19. I emailed them and said this is not right I should only be charge for $6. They said the extra charge is for separate shipment. After a few emails exchanged, I decided to send everything back and ge my money back.
Anybody interested in a V1? I am selling my I owned a litlle over a year. I never thought this company have such poor customer service.
