USB instead of iPod

Does anyone know of any ice kits that you can connect a USB stick to instead of an iPod? I have a Z4MC with Nav and it has the AUX port on the lower section of the dashboard.

I have USB input in mine.

I used a parrot mki9200 system. I don't use cd or iPod anymore just USB

I have sat nav and top stereo, and it all works well
 
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I just tried out a relatively cheap Chinese MP3 USB device sourced by Bimmernav. I posted a review/DIY over at Zpost: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=621401
