Urgent help

Im stuck in the middle of nowhere with crap all signal and my bonnet won't close properly I think it's on the catch but it won't sut tight

What can I do?

Make sure that the Bonnet release lever in the cabin is pushed all the way home.Hope that sorts it

when that happened to me i sprayed the mech in wd40 to loosen it. if micz4 comment hasnt helped, squeeze the lever under the bonnet to get a smoother motion

Thanks I thin That helped.... The lever felt like it was doing nothing when the bonet was up and it didn't move the nechansim at all as I pulled it. I would say the cable is not good and maybe a but corroded so jams. Any way making sure it was back/twating it with and ghe toolkit screwdrived sorted it and I left it be at that.

It will teach me not to forget to top up the screen wash at home
