Urgent advice required. Milton roof cleaning

So today is the day I attempt to do this.

It's been washed and now it's dry.

How do I not f**k this up?

25l bucket and 1 tablet with a soft nail brush. Just scrub and plenty of rinsing?

Do it in the shade, if possible.

Still some bits to do. But it was rank. Brush was constantly green.

May need another go - mine did on stubborn patches

Yeah it's on the back part below the window and bottom edge. Painful to get at even with the roof half folded.

With a bit of luck the solution will at least kill some of what's left.
