URGENT ADVICE PLEASE!

IDIOTS!!!

They left the lights on for sooo long that it burnt a hold in the passenger lamp. So now they are keeping it in over the weekend and I get a courteousy car...

cust service again v good though...I drop the car back Monday on way to work and they drive the Z back to mine...wow.

Still, a 318d v a Z4 on a sunny weekend

at least it was them that did it! Guess that's what my parts man meant when he said not to leave it on too long while stationary

Well apparently they left the black cover on that is supposed to protect the car from being scuffed in the garage, this then burnt on to the lamp...

Still, I covered 500 miles over the weekend and spent about £25 on fuel in the 318d! Nice car to cruise on the motorway with, quiet and efficient. Had the M interior (LOVE that steering wheel!!) with leather which was nice but it did not have the "joy" factor! Still, they are dropping mine home and programming the indicator stalk for the lane change for free (saves £50).

I will have to buy to new ultra-bright bulbs now :x

PS. Drove housemate's 2.0 Turbo TT yesterday...BEAUTIFUL interior that makes the Z (apart from the new one) interior look outdated as hell. Granted the TT is newer but wow, it feels like you are in a lambo. When that turbo kicks in...wow, tyre screech at 30/40. Still, 6.7 to 60 instead of 5.9.

Yeah, the older zed interior is starting to look a little dated... always been impressed with that aspect of Audi... problem with the Audi/Lambo/VW lionk is while it's great sitting in an Audi feeling like ur in a Lambo, I cant help feeling the other way around sat in a Lambo... of course it's even worse sat in an Audi R8 and seeing the same air con controls as an A3 LOL
