Upstream of catalyst O2 sensor bank 1 failure

Hi all,
z4 is running rich and experiencing low mpg, after a quick scan seeing sensor failure.
In addition, carly shows cylinders 1 5 3 6 4 2 misfire
Could this be related to the O2 sensor failing?
Also, after searching bank 1 means cylinders 1 2 3 but can't be sure which sensor needs replacing

Hi, upstream of the cat means the sensor closest to the engine (on bank1).
