Upgrading Sound System

When i get my car in a weeks time the first upgrade i wish to do is upgrade the sound system.

Car has Sat nav professional and bluetooth 2007 coupe.

This topic must be well covered on here can anyone post some links or help me narrow the search facilty.

Im looking for cost and if it can be done Logic 7?

Don't know how much it would cost for someone to fit for you though, although it doesn't look massively over-involved if you're just replacing the headunit.
