Upgrades HELP - Parking Sensors, Mirrors & Steering wheel

New steering wheel is currently £450, the MFSW retrofit kit is £200 ish but no stock in the UK or BMW Germany with no dates for stock arrival (this means according to our BMW parts guys) that it has been discontinued.
I found a secondhand wheel on Ebay.com in California (there were none to be had on any of the European Ebay sites) and had it shipped over - cost me £96 plus delivery and £20 in Post Office processing fees so a total of £140.
Fitted it last week, it took about 30 mins to swap the buttons and wiring over following the BMW retrofit instructions my exisiting wheel was in better condition than the one from the states.
