You should allready have the perspective mode you just need to turn it on like this
Push the "MENU" button to get to the the main menu.
Scroll to the "SETTINGS" menu selection and click the knob to select it.
Push and hold the "MENU" button for about 8 seconds to enter the GPS Service Menu.
Scroll beyond the bottom to a 2nd page, where you will get the Perspective option.
Click the knob on the Perspective option to select it.
Go back to the map view and click the knob. Select 'Map Positioning' then 'Perspective'
Im still interested but now is not a good time for me as ive got lots on with work and have zero spare time. Stick it up for sale elsewhere and its still avail when im ready then i'll come back to you dude
Can you change the perspective view so that the sky shows grey clouds and rain? I'm in Glasgow and the blue sky on my nav screen is making me want to emigrate !

I too went through a phase of changing everything and anything on the sat nav with the various programmes on X5world. Changed the splash screen and also the sky to a different cloud pattern, icons to different designs, etc. It was frankly just fun and no I'm back to standard as I changed map disks and haven't bothered since.
