Upgrade from iphone 4 cable to 5?

Hi i have the OEM bmw interface for my ipod:



the end of the cable is an iphone 4 connection, does anyone know if i can change the black lead to an iphone 5 connection?

I've used cheap eBay unit and they don't work, genuine apple ones do...

as NeilP suggested
use the genuine Apple adapter ,I do and it works perfectly with the iPod connector kit
Do not buy a cheap copy ,in the small (very small )print they admit they only charge no audio

ok thank you, i saw the adapters, i bought one previously that had the headphone plug in it too but it didnt work,
ill go for the genuine apple one ifthat works for you guys, thank you!
