Upgrade 2005 z4 non xenon lights

Forgive me for being ignorant but what is the LCM? At a stab in the dark I'm guessing light control module?

Yeah light control module, unlike the old school relays I believe that does the switching on the Z4. I don't think it does the switching for the fogs though as you can hear a relay click for those, but I hear no relay for high beam / low beam which makes sense as there are options for PWM used for dimming the high beam for daytime running lights etc

It's me again, our current bulbs are H7, however are our lights reflector or projector? As I know in HID kits both H7 and H7R bulbs are fine in reflector lenses but H7R not in projector.

as far as I know all Z4 have projector lenses on the low beam and reflector on the high beam so you would want H7

Slim 501's turned up this morning and fit perfectly. 1st 5 ppl to PM me can get on sent to them .

New HIDs already have an issue, the left beam flickers then turns off whenever I try and activate them.

Driving around with 1 headlight isn't optimal with these darker days and I have no replacement, trying to get the people I purchased from to send me a full replacement kit as I've still not left them feedback yet :evil:

Mine have been fine for 3 months now, no-one flashing me to because they're too gribht/dazzling or anything and straight through the MoT at a main dealer today .
