C ChuckB Member Wales & Hockenheim Jan 19, 2010 #3 The 2009+ Z4 uses the "CIC" system, CIC system uses maps from TeleAtlas [and not the old Siemens/VDO system] which is installed on an internal 2.5" 40GB HDD and can only be upgraded by BMW.
