Been a month now since I lowered my e89 on Eibachs. It's settled nicely and I'm impressed with the improvement in ride quality; composed and no longer choppy. I'm even keeping the RFTs which I'd budgeted to replace, but to be fair there is plenty of life left on them and I quite like the ride now. I will consider non-RFTs when it's time to replace them.
I've installed spacers front and rear (along with longer wheel bolts) to fill the arches and, in my mind, the car's stance is way better. The way it should have looked from factory.
To top things off I've had all four wheels stripped and powder coated.

Plenty of tread left on the rears. Fronts aren't far off:

Still haven't figured if I'm keeping the whippy.
