So an update on the z4
The headlight sensor in the rear "fixed" it's self. When under the car to flip it back around and it had already done it.
We did adjust the level and point them up a bit more and now the headlights are all good.
This past weekend I went up to a friends house and we had some activities planed
One was replacing the old front emblem
This was before I Knew it was retained be nuts and not a press in like the rear one on my e90

Next up was new plugs

But The 14mm deep well 12 pt socket from advanced auto wouldn't fit into the spark plug tube so I had to over night one from amazon.
Once we had it though two of the plugs seemed suspect and smelled strongly of gas

I was going to plastidip the wheels but on spending time cleaning the life out of the wheels I spotted something

So Saturday before Easter at 4pm I was trying to locate a set of tires.
I had limited luck and a Firestone reasonable close had 2 Indy firehwaks for the front and could only locate one for the rear but they still drove 45 mins in one of the employees personal cars to go get it and make sure that store didn't have 2. So I only got the fronts put one (bulge was in a front) and they are ordering the other rear and I will go back in the next 2 weeks to get the rears so I have a matched set. They aren't run flat but that is what road side assistance and towing is for.
After that and the lost time dealing with that I did some wrapping
Grilles had to come out so I could reach the emblem anyways

I had never wrapped anything before and I started with the chrome trim on the grilles and moved to the mirror caps

From there we did the rear roof panel

And then the front

It looks good there are plenty of defects as this was the first time trying it and the rear window is...challenging But lost most road cars from 10 feet away it isn't bad

Shot out to my buddy red for helping me as always
