Unusual noises

Hi All

Newbie alert! Currently driving a 2.0 20i 2012 z4. I hearing a few noises and need help diagnosing them especially as I am faint hearted.

Noise 1: A creaky noise almost like squeeky leather coming from back and increases over bumps. Either the roof tray in boot or the wind guard moving ? Can't tell 😩

Noise 2: sounds like a CD wizzing in the dash. A light winning yet nothing in media player. Noise changes slightly with acceleration 😓

The noise at the back could be a worn suspension bush, without hearing it, not easy to answer your question. I hear the roofs on the e89 can rattle, so also possible. The whizzing noise isn't the fan is it ??, could be part of the ventilation system working, do they have servos that move vents ??
 
I can't tell regarding noise one but did get an AA check before buying car so believe suspension was checked.

Indeed could be the fan, will switch of air vents and heating and assess again. Just hope its part and parcel of z4 life and nothing major.

I snelt a rubber burning smell on first night drive and my heart sank. Thankfully not smelt again!
