Under Passenger Seat Floor Wet

2003 2.2se under passenger seat flooring is wet, not foot well directly under the passenger seat (driver side dry) i've checked roof drains, door seals etc all looks good !! any suggestions or knowledge of this issue greatly appreciated ?

Check the door membrane is in place and not damaged

When you 'roof drains', do you mean the small pipe bit in the door seal that runs down the A pillar? Or the wells behind the seats that are notorious for filling, ruining the roof motor and spilling over into the cockpit? If you've not checked the latter recently, then that's almost certainly the cause.
