I just drove my Z4 over a rock hidden in a gravel driveway. The rock hit the rubber block indicating where to place a jack ripping off the block and pulling some of the sound insulation sheeting from under the car. Can anyone suggest ways to re-stick the sheeting and re-attach the acing block? Can adhesives be used?

I think it's a loose piece that clicks in place.

Be sure to get your car up on a ramp/lift or axle stands to inspect nothing is scratched (or repair that now), or you'll have some rust on your hands in a few months.

Jacking blocks are held on by an expanding plastic rivet through the centre of the block into the sill
You will probably have to buy a complete new block but they are not expensive
Can't advise on the sound insulation though
