Unable to Bluetooth pair

I have just bought a 2014 Z4 and am unable to pair my iPhone 11. I’ve cleared all old phones, but it errors. No code comes up to put into I drive. My phone sees the car

Lock the car and leave it 30 minutes ..then restart it..
