Good day today at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, and as far as I could see, no nonsense coming out of the car park. The police were parked up ready to catch you if were misbehaving though!

Really surprised there wasn't more Zeds though.

There was around 20 Zeds with a good 10-15 parked on display in one area.

Definitely well attended, and it stayed dry thankfully. Some stunning motor cars, old and new. Personal favourites were the Z8, the E46-based M3 Tourer (I know they didn’t make one, but someone has!!), and a black 635 CSI

Great to spend (a lot of) time in the museum and heritage centre. Worth the travel alone. Thanks to Scott and Chris for the very early meet up and for taking it steady enough for our 23i to keep up. A

Only saw one other G29 in the display area, this cracking frozen orange M40i. Spoke to a guy in the largest group of Z3/Z4 cars and they came via one of the Z4 Facebook groups. Looked like double the display cars compared to Simply BMW. Museum was packed with cars too, but I like the more laid back vibe at Beaulieu. Lots of revving, and one around 13:00 just kept on and on and on.

Good consistent work from plod....report your house burgled or your car nicked and 'Sorry, we don't have the manpower to look into it, notify your insurance'....

But we DO have time to sit all day waiting at a car meet to catch 35 in a 30 zone for some coffers....same old same old ....

Well done Robtp, some great pics, and you found some Zeds! The pic that shows a black E89 has confirmed to me that sticking with the 326M alloys was the right decision (apologiesnif it belongs to someone on here, it’s all about personal preference) A
