UK - get fuel today ...

Tomorrow there is another tax hike on fuel, 2p a litre this time.

Don't get me started ...

Is there? Is this a government tax thing? I just put a half tank it, but might go back out and brim it if that's the case then...

one less pint next week  :(

I've got a good few bottles of wine at home, so I won't worry about that either - plus it's my mate's turn to by the 48 cans this weekend (but I've just remembered that I've volunteered to marshal at Anglesey circuit :headbang: ).

They'll last a couple of days I think, although I'll get to some of them tomorrow night maybe during the England match.

Anyway I'm sure I'll make up for it at Anglesey anyway, as there's not a lot to do between race-end (6pm) and bedtime (usually after midnight, depending on the weather).

Meh, I need petrol :(

Might get some Tesco 99, my butt dyno thought the zed felt a bit more eager on that than Vpower...

Your Butt dyno! You call your butt whatever you want !!!!

I saw everything from 87.9p in Watford to 97.9p in Huntingdon for a litre of plain jane 95 RON.

There's a 10p (or 11.3%) variation there. No tax difference, just forecourt greed. It isn't just the Gov that robs us!

Same around here too (Stirling, Scotland) - robbing gits, some of the retailers.
