New cost is €475 so £380 with todays exchange rate, plus shipping.

It sounds awesome, say 20% louder than standard, but much deeper, not boomy on the motorway unlike other systems I've had or been in.

ESS blurb - Free Flow ESS exhaust system made from 304 stainless steel with TIG welded connections and especially designed muffler for discrete, yet powerful sound with maximum flow efficiency. This system gives a 5kg weight reduction compared to the original exhaust. On a stock car this system is proven to produce 4HP, on cars equipped with the ESS TX2 system it will produce an additional 10HP.

Good point. Only 6 cylinder models according to the ESS tuning website. Seems to be the same part number for the 2.2, 2.5 and 3.0.

What do you have and I'll double check. Def fits the 3.0.

BMW part numbers are different for both systems, although they look pretty similar, just the hanger looks a bit different, maybe a decent exhaust fitter could butcher it to suit, maybe cheaper than a custom exhaust from scratch?

Just weighed the exhaust, comes in a 7.8kg without any packaging. So I am guessing around 12kg complete. So according to Royal Mail somwhere between £12-£14. I'll do it for £190 posted if you like.
