UK Boot trim removal for intravee (coupe)

Hi,

I have just got my z4 coupe which I am very happy with. In my old 330i sport coupe I had an intravee installed which I have saved for the z. I tried to install it today following the trim removal guide here:

https://www.europeanautosource.com/support-center/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=23&id=41

but had serious difficulties - no battery box in mine obviously, all the bits look different and I'm really lost/scared of snapping bits off and not being able to put it all back together.

Has anyone who has successfully accessed that area (for any reason!) taken photos and done a guide? Please help if so

Many thanks

I did mine from the inside rather then from the boot, found that a lot easier.

Thanks for the advice guys - Im sure its easier being the 3.0i not the M but it's still something I haven't managed! I don't think I can do mine from the inside, I have satnav so the DVD drive for that is ontop of the CD changer - still any guide that can help with me getting this job done would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

There are pictures on this site where I show how to remove the centre console and how to fit the Intravee.

You will loose the CD changer, you know that don't you ...
