I've sent deposit Craig, looks a great location! 
Deposit sent.
PM's sent to everyone regards ongoing allocation....but as it stands we have Ran out of Single Rooms.
We have never needed so many Single Rooms,lol.
We have all 4 available,and 5 required...pm'd Peter about this,as he was the 6th to pay a Deposit,5 of which, Inc myself,all wanted a Single Room!!
So have asked that ,on a first come basis,Peter takes the Twin Lodge, Ground Floor Room.
That then comes to the next problem.....we have more people wanting the Ground floor Lodges Rooms than we have.....
Assuming P.Bondar is happy to pay more for a Twin Lodge Room,Ground floor(next cheapest option after the Single Room).... currently have 2 people who will have to take the slightly more expensive First Floor Doubles and Twin Lodges Rooms.......
Have pm'd people accordingly.
So much demand from these Rooms,I have spent all day back and forth with various people,lol.
As of now,there are ONLY (POTENTIALLY, awaiting other Deposits) 1 ROOM AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL,AND ITS one of the two, KING SIZE,BAYVIEW DOUBLES AT £155 AND THATS IT IN THE HOTEL.....although both of the Large Hotel Doubles may become available, depending on what others who have Requested a Double,decide

Only 3 rooms available,after just a few days,out of all 11 Rooms I have Reserved,and all I can get ,at the One Location/Premises.

Just checked again,not received your payment on PayPal, Maurice.
Will keep an eye out for it,but nothing from you as yet.
Usually it goes right away,so should be there,but isn't.

If I can get the Hotel to do a Single occupancy rate for a Twin room,I will let you know,but not hopeful,tbh.
As it is Room rates, unfortunately.
(But I felt there was no harm in asking).

Update,2nd December....
Only ONE ROOM left now ,out of 11 reserved by me 5 days ago!!
They went quick.
If at any time, some one can't make it,please give us as much notice as possible,so it gives a chance for someone else to get a Room in the Hotel or Lodges,
Have had people pay full cost of Hotel room at a meet before,and not turned up,lol.
Meant the room lay empty and others had to book elsewhere.
Hopefully everyone who has now got their names down,and paid deposits,can make it.
Look forward to seeing you all soon.....
