Never......Buy a TVR Tamora and have a beautiful car that makes the Morgan sound like a Mouth Organ!!!

Aren't TVRs famous for breaking down, and therefore spend most of their time silent ? :poke:

I consider this latest Mercedes 'creation' to be exceptionally ugly - I think the designers at BMW are moonlighting across the road in fact...

I have a question though - why are the seats set so low ? In shots with a driver on board the driver seat is much higher, but the passenger one remains down. Does anyone know what's this all about ? Makes it look even more weird IMO.

Quite. Interestingly retro, even for a Morgan. Looks like a bid to be the villain's ride in a movie... looks very cool, and like it should have at least one small missile launcher hidden somewhere. Personally I still don't think it's pretty, but I bet it feels awesome to drive with all that bonnet in front of you. And at least it isn't pink...

This thread's quite interesting because there's truly pretty and truly ugly vehicles, but there is definitely a Marmite Point in the middle ground. Take the Gumpert Appollo - aesthetically ugly IMO, with a matching ugly name, but it is a truly awesome car, and you have to admire the engineering genius that has created it. Another example that I am sure will be controversial - I think the Bugatti Veyron is horrible looking, but the interior is amazing, and as an automotive icon & demonstration of what the pinnacle of automotive manufacturing can produce it is awesome.

Just a couple of early morning thoughts banging of the inside of my head :D
