U.S Auto Show at Oulton Park

Nipped up to Oulton today for the U.S Auto Show.. new show for this year and it was a very enjoyable.. my lad at 15 is just beginning to appreciate stuff like this, in the past at shows as a young un he was more interested in the fairground rides

Anyway it was lovely weather, some nice motors (and a bit of inspiration for weekend toy shopping)
a nice few bits of racing with the Caterham series, some old formula type cars and some American oddities which looked like mini hot rods, all good fun and something I'd look forward to going to again.. good day out

The old red convertible mustang was my car of the day though.. absolutely concours immaculate

Sadly no.. I was keeping my eyes peeled for for sale signs.. the 80s white c3 was though and if I was after a classic I'd have been having a chat as it was in super condition, there was a blue convertible c5 that looked ok but Id prefer a targa top as I'm not convinced the 'vette suits the soft top
