that is the sort of plate that a bit of a pratt would have, ok its fun ,.. But theres plenty of stuff on the road that would kick its arse then the plate becomes a joke, imagine him burning off a few m roadsters or similar , thinking he's the daddy and then a gtr blows his doors off
