Hi Guys ,

My Z will need a set of 4 tyres soon. The current tyres are Michelin Sport which is the recomended brand from Alpina, A price of around £1000.00 .

I also got quoted Vredestein £600.00 for the set.

Do you think I should stick with Michelin's ? or am I just paying for the brand?

Which Michelin Sport are you using - Pilot Sport 1 or Pilot Sport 2?

If it's the latter then I'd stick with them, if the former go for the Vreds - or see if the Continental SportContact 5P or Hankoon Ventus S1 Evo are available in your size at a good price.
 
Got PS 2s on mine - Excellent tyre with good grip in wet and dry and good wear rate, did the Ring with them on and at 28psi front and rear were like the proverbial s**t to a blanket (well at my speed!)
