Tyres

I just got a screw in the shoulder of my rear tyre so will now switch to non runflats as tyre cant be repaired.

Couple of questions is it worth switching up to M spec size tyres or sticking with standard size on staggered 108's currently running 12mm spacers all round or any other suggestions?

Anybody know who is doing good deals on tyres?

Thanks

Sorry about your puncture but it's a great opportunity to switch, as you know. M tyre sizes should fit fine and provide better performance (mostly ride, but also a bit more rear grip and marginally less tramlining). Downsides are weight gain and looks, but both are marginal.

Camskill is going a pretty good cashback deal on Vredestein tyres at the moment.

As long as he isn't on m sport suspension like me.. 225 45 18 was a nightmare and I had to take them off the front and put on 225 40 18 much to my annoyance

Im on SE suspension so think I'll be ok looking at that deal on camskill think I will go on that seams to good at less than £100 per corner

thanks MrPT

You could opt for 245 40 instead of 255 40. They look a bit better on 8.5 wide rear rims and are a fair bit cheaper too.
